01 About Duwison Guitián
Duwison Guitián began operations in 1994 in the import, distribution, logistics, and commercialization of food and beverages. Over nearly three decades, the company grew steadily — building a distribution network, a logistics operation, and a commercial team that served clients across its market.
But growth without the right infrastructure creates its own problems. As the operation scaled, the cracks in their systems became impossible to ignore.
02 The Breaking Point: When Manual Processes Start Costing You
For Duwison Guitián, the challenge was not a single failure — it was the accumulation of operational inefficiencies that had grown alongside the business:
Losses that could be measured but not prevented
Merchandise losses during delivery, SKU expiration management failures, and inventory discrepancies were generating quantifiable financial damage. The management team had the data on what was being lost — but lacked the system to stop it.
Disconnected processes across every department
Purchasing, sales, logistics, fleet management, and accounting operated in silos — connected by manual handovers, Excel spreadsheets, and a closed billing system that could not talk to the rest of the operation. Every process that crossed a departmental boundary required manual intervention.
No traceability from purchase order to final delivery
Without end-to-end visibility over the supply chain, tracking a product from the moment it entered the warehouse to the moment it reached the client required manual effort — and left too much room for error, loss, and disputes.
03 The Solution: A Fully Integrated Platform Built for Food Distribution
Binhex Cloud implemented a complete, end-to-end management platform for Duwison Guitián — replacing their fragmented, manual systems with a single connected environment covering every aspect of their operation.

The implementation was structured in four areas:
4. Community-Powered Customization at Scale
The complexity of Duwison Guitián's operation required more than standard modules. Over 87 community applications were integrated into the implementation — reflecting the depth of customization required to truly adapt the platform to how a food distribution company of this size actually works.
2. Custom Logistics Application for Last-Mile Delivery
Binhex Cloud developed a custom logistics control application giving drivers and field staff access to pending delivery notes from a PDA. The application covers the complete delivery process: temperature logging from pickup to delivery, truck condition checks, quality control at the point of delivery, photo documentation, and client acceptance confirmation — all connected directly to the central system.
1. Warehouse and Inventory Control with Real-Time Traceability
A full warehouse management module was implemented to control product inventory, verify merchandise status, and track every SKU movement in and out of the facility in real time. For a food distribution company where expiration dates and cold chain integrity are critical, this visibility is not a convenience — it is a compliance requirement.
3. Full Operational Digitalization Across All Departments
The entire operation was digitalized in a single platform: IT infrastructure, attendance and access control, employee portal, purchase workflow, CRM, sales, website, fleet management, inventory logistics, purchasing, accounting, email marketing, and quality control. Processes that previously took hours of manual work are now completed in a few clicks.
