01 About Canarias Verde
Founded in 2008 in Tenerife, Canarias Verde is a benchmark supplier and installer of artificial turf in the Canary Islands. As an official Realturf distributor, it supplies certified products to homes, terraces, pool areas and pet-friendly gardens, with up to 10 years of warranty and its own installation team.
Its catalogue also covers sports surfaces (padel, golf, gyms), urban park flooring and furniture, calisthenics circuits and the B.Pure antibacterial turf line. With so many product lines, formats and installation projects, knowing exactly what is in stock is essential to quote, plan and deliver on time.
02 The Challenge: Growing Without Control Over Inventory
Managing a catalogue that spans residential turf, sports surfaces and urban park equipment, while serving installation projects at the same time, puts constant pressure on stock. For Canarias Verde, the challenges were clear:
No reliable inventory control
Products and materials were managed without a single source of truth, making it hard to know what was available, reserved or running low.
Limited visibility over stock
Checking availability before quoting or scheduling an installation depended on manual work, causing delays and room for error.
No traceability from warehouse to project
For a business offering long warranties, tracking which materials came in, went out and were installed required extra effort and left gaps.

We loaded the existing product and stock information and trained the team so the new process was adopted from day one.
