Yes. Verifactu invoicing is included in every plan, the free one too: 1 user, every app, 10 GB of storage and 1 AI credit per month, with no credit card. It is free forever, not a trial.
Yes. The digital certificate is the file that identifies your company to the tax authority, and Verifactu cannot work without it. Your company obtains it from the Agencia Tributaria or the FNMT and uploads it; Emma shows you exactly where.
No. You tell Emma you want to set up Verifactu and she installs the Spanish localisation and accounting, points to where the certificate goes and guides you to the first invoice. If you prefer help, onboarding packages are available.
It is the code on each invoice that allows its record to be verified. It is generated automatically when you issue the invoice, it is what the Agencia Tributaria receives, and from the same screen you can email the invoice to your customer.
Yes. Migration from your current system is included in every plan, including the free one. Setups with custom development, several companies or SII reporting are reviewed and quoted separately.
