A warm, trustworthy digital presence is not a commercial tool in this sector; it is often the first safe space a person encounters.
No channel to reach Italian-speaking clients specifically: Offering therapy in Italian is a genuine and rare differentiator in the Canary Islands. However, without a bilingual website that explicitly communicates this service, Italian-speaking residents and tourists facing emotional difficulties had no way to discover that support in their native language was available locally.
Difficulty conveying trust and approachability online: Choosing a psychologist is an intensely personal decision. Without a website that communicates Rosangela's personality, approach, and values — her warmth, her integrative methodology, and her own experience as an immigrant — converting a curious visitor into someone who books a first appointment was far more difficult than it needed to be.
