Follow these 6 steps and you'll be issuing AEAT-compliant invoices before your next coffee break.
Step 1
Open this page and click "Start free"
Click the "Start free" button and you'll land on the Binhex Cloud app selector, where you'll start setting up your workspace in seconds.
Step 2
Select the Finance pack
In the Binhex app selector, activate Finance and click Continue. This sets up your Odoo with everything you need to invoice with Verifactu.
Step 3
Complete your details
Fill in your name, email, phone, and the name of your workspace. If you have a company, add that too. When you're ready, click "Create my workspace".
Step 4
Check your inbox and set your password
You'll receive an email to activate your account and set your Odoo password. One click and you have full access to your environment.
Step 5
Log in and open Finance
Sign in to your Odoo with your new password and open the Finance app from the main menu.
Step 6
Upload your AEAT certificate
Upload your digital certificate from the Agencia Tributaria. This is the step that activates Verifactu on your account and connects your invoices to the AEAT system.
Step 7
Done. Fully compliant.
