Quotes
If you want to accept the quote, just click "Accept and Pay" and the quote will be confirmed. If you don't want to accept it, or if you have questions, click "Request Changes/Reject."
Sales Orders
All purchases made by the customer will be recorded here.
Invoices
All invoices for sales orders can also be viewed by your customers. The label next to the amount due will indicate if the invoice has been paid.

If you have projects and want your clients to participate in their tracking, they can view progress and participate with comments.
Contracts
Your clients will be able to view the active contracts in this section, including all details regarding their contracted plan.
Tickets
Here your clients can find all the tickets you have opened, the conversation between your clients and your agents, the ticket status, and the ID (# Ref).
